Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mavtop Technologies (Sole Proprietorship, Proprietor: Manopriyan P) ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, downloading our software, or using our SaaS platforms, you agree to these terms.

When purchasing subscriptions (e.g., WhatsApp Cloud API, AI services, Creator Cuts), you must provide accurate billing and contact information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in unauthorized access or sharing of licenses.

Pricing for our services is listed on our website and checkout pages. By subscribing to a recurring plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method (via Cashfree or other gateways) automatically upon renewal. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking. All fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension.

All software, APIs, designs, logos, and SFX libraries provided by Creator Cuts are our exclusive intellectual property. Purchasing a license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product as intended. Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing our core assets is strictly prohibited.

Our services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Mavtop Technologies (Sole Proprietorship, Proprietor: Manopriyan P) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu.
