This Acceptable Use Policy outlines strictly prohibited activities when utilizing Creator Cuts's SaaS platforms, APIs (including WhatsApp Cloud), and software. By using our services, you agree to these binding rules.

You may not use our communication platforms or APIs to: • Send unsolicited messages, spam, or bulk marketing communications without explicit opt-in consent from the recipients. • Distribute illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or explicit content. • Violate the platform policies of third parties (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp's Commerce and Business Policies).

Users are strictly prohibited from: • Attempting to bypass rate limits, quotas, or authentication mechanisms. • Hosting or distributing malicious software, viruses, or destructive code via our infrastructure. • Performing unauthorized penetration testing or denial-of-service (DoS) attacks on Mavtop Technologies (Sole Proprietorship, Proprietor: Manopriyan P) servers.

We actively monitor API traffic and platform usage. Violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement in cases of suspected illegal activity.
